Where can I download the V.Bank app?
How do I make a deposit?
With the V.Bank app you can deposit checks straight from your phone. We also accept deposits via mail or direct deposit.
When will my deposited funds be available?
Our general policy is to allow you to withdraw funds deposited in your account on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds from electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the first business day. Then, the funds will generally be available by the second business day after the day of deposit.
Is there a limit to how much I can deposit via the mobile app?
Mobile deposits are limited to $5,000 per day.
Does V.Bank offer checkbooks?
We do not offer traditional checks with our V.Bank accounts.

Who do I contact if I need help?
To get help by phone call, 1-800 #, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST.

What is my routing number?
V.Bank’s routing number is 103013017.
My card has been lost or stolen. What do I do?
Call 1-800-554-8969 to report a lost card, or 1-800-262-2024 to report fraud at any time.
Do I have to have a smartphone to use V.Bank?
You can access your V.Bank accounts from a computer or from your smartphone.
Can I open an account over the weekend?
All of your information can be submitted during the online account opening process, but will need to be verified by one of our bankers during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST).
Can I use V.Bank if I live outside the U.S.?
Not yet, currently only U.S. citizens who are at least 18 years of age and live in Oklahoma or Texas can sign up for a V.Bank account. You can however use your account if you are traveling internationally.
Can I pay my bills with V.Bank?
You can pay your bills online with your free checking account. Set up recurring bill pay, initiate one-time money transfers and view all your bills in one place.
How does Bill Pay work?
Most larger businesses will be paid electronically, and those payments will arrive in about 2 business days.
Payees that don’t accept electronic payments will be mailed a check, which will arrive in about 3-5 business days.

Does V.Bank offer rewards?
V.Bank’s Uchoose Rewards lets you earn points on all your purchases. Register your debit card here: uchooserewards.com and start earning points towards concerts, vacations and more.
Can I export my data to use with accounting or budgeting software?
Yes. We currently offer the ability to export your data in various formats. You can isolate the data you’d like to export with our powerful searches. You can also download your monthly statements in PDF format.
Does V.Bank integrate with Mint or Paypal?
Yes, you can link your Mint, Paypal, and many other third-party services, or use All Data that’s included with your V.Bank account and link your other accounts at other institutions for easy access in one place.
Does V.Bank offer joint accounts?
Yes, open an account with your friend, spouse, or family member.
Does V.Bank offer instant money transfers to friends and family?
Currently V.Bank uses PopMoney to do P2P instant digital transfer payments. However, we are partnering with Zelle and will offer this feature on that platform.
Debit Cards & ATMs
Where can I find a list of free ATMs?
We’re partnered with the Allpoint® ATM network. That means all of their 55,000 international ATMs are totally free for V.Bank customers. You can visit this link for a map of our surcharge-free ATMs.
Will I receive a debit card?
Your free checking account comes with a free Visa debit card. Register your debit card to earn points with Uchoose Rewards at uchooserewards.com.
When will my Visa Debit card arrive?
You should expect to receive your debit card in the mail 5-7 business days after your account is opened.
Privacy & Security
Is my money FDIC insured?
Yes, all the funds in your account are held by our partner bank, Valliance Bank, Members FDIC. They’re insured to at least the FDIC maximum, which is currently $250,000.
What is V.Bank’s Fraud Policy?
